We aim to minimize the environmental impact of ROAR AFRICA travel and purchase carbon credits equivalent to all our emissions, contribute to wildlife conservation and invest in the communities that host us.

A journey unmatched anywhere on Earth
The journey begins in Cape Town at the Royal Cape Golf Club. Established in 1885, it is the oldest course in South Africa and ‘birdies’ unfold against a backdrop of Table Mountain, endless blue skies and the thrill of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
In the valleys of the Cape Winelands, we open the gates to L’Ormarins through a long-standing personal friendship. The private estate of the Rupert family is home to one of the most spectacular vintage car collections in the world, including Bugattis, Ferraris and Bentleys. Our rare, insider access offers the chance to take one of the iconic cars on a stately drive, an opportunity offered to almost no-one else. From there, step inside the impeccably-kept private warehouse for a behind-the-scenes tour of the iconic cars, before exploring more of the estate: the Drakenstein Stud Farm (closed to the public) to view the season’s stallions, and the magnificent wine cellar to taste rare vintages surrounded by history and heritage.
Then it’s on to the fairways of Fancourt, including The Links, a private, invitation-only course widely-regarded as Gary Player’s magnum opus, and the prestigious, invitation-only Leopard Creek, where giraffe, antelope and other wildlife wander the edge of the fairways.
The final chapter of the journey takes place in the Sabi Sands, one of Africa’s most respected private reserves. Slow down the tempo and enjoy days shaped by game drives and the thrill of watching the continent’s most iconic wildlife in a breathtaking natural setting. It’s a place that invites deeper conversation and reflections on all you have experienced, and to reconnect and simply be.
