PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

To confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit. The balance of payment must be made no later than 60 days prior to the date of departure. If full payment is not received 60 days prior to departure date, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the 50% deposit will be forfeited at a minimum (see cancellations). To confirm bookings that are made within 60 days of departure date, we require full payment. Please note that the initial amount quoted and paid as a deposit is an ESTIMATE and is subject to change. Changes can occur based, for example, on availability or currency fluctuation. The final amount owed will be determined at the time of final invoicing when the remainder is due.

Any cancellation of your booking must be in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as of the date you cancel any confirmed reservation.

~ If cancellation is made 91 or more days prior to the date of departure, the cancellation fee is equal to the larger of 25% of the quoted travel costs or the nonrefundable travel costs incurred by ROAR AFRICA.
~ If a cancellation is made 61 to 90 days before the date of departure, the cancellation fee is equal to the larger of the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking or the nonrefundable travel costs incurred by ROAR AFRICA.
~ If a cancellation is made 0 to 60 days before the date of departure, there is no refund. Cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the quoted total.
~ Air tickets purchased on behalf of Travelers by ROAR AFRICA are non-refundable.

Should you fail to join a safari or a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.

We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. In addition, you are responsible for purchasing any necessary or desired life, medical, emergency evacuation, and other insurance coverage for the duration of your trip. ROAR AFRICA is not responsible for the quality or cost of any medical treatment or emergency evacuation you may require or incur during your trip.
