PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that pricing is based on a cost per person and is based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified. All tour costs are based upon the services specified in each customized itinerary. Services are sold as a complete package and ROAR AFRICA will not provide a breakdown of trip component costs. All costs quoted are based on availability and subject to change. Internal airfare and airport taxes are current and subject to change without warning, as airlines can unexpectedly impose rate increases; airfare may increase between time of booking/payment and issuing of ticket due to fuel surcharges and other fees imposed at the discretion of the airlines.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservations. The remainder is due eight weeks prior to DEPARTURE. Payment can be made by credit card, check or bank transfer. Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuation, billing is done as per the exchange rate on the day of invoice when 50% is due and again 8 weeks prior. Please note that prices can vary from time of deposit to final payment - exchange rate dependant. Credit card payments will incur a 2.9% bank charge.
Cancellation charges will be levied when guests cancel confirmed reservations. The costs of the cancellation fees will escalate the closer the guests cancel to their departure date. We are a long haul destination and most of our safaris are booked six months before departure. If a booking has been made less than 8 weeks prior to departure, the cancellation policy still applies.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
- If a cancellation is made 60 - 90 days before departure then the guest loses 50% (non-refundable) deposit.
- If a cancellation is made 30 - 60 days before departure, the guest loses his deposit plus 30% of the total price. (I.e. the guests loses 80% of the total price.)
- If a cancellation is made within the 30 days before departure, guest loses 100 % of total price.
- Please note all airfares booked by ROAR AFRICA on a clients behalf are 100% non-refundable.
